I just cloned my 1t Hdd to 500G ,SSD now on certain downloads I get this error message: WE cannot access the specification, you may not have permission.

You can try the “Take Ownership” course, but I didn’t originally recommended it because I leaned towards a browser or AV restriction. Make sure your apps don’t have a restriction on the number of copies you’re paying for.
Change your download folder for the troubled download. Clear your browsers cache
