A friend upgraded his computer from WIN7 to Win 10 and now the computer won’t boot up.
The computer is a Packard Bell, intel (r) core ™ i3 cpu with 4096 mb of memory.
Ive tried using the recovery disc but it always freezes on the 2nd disc between 88% and 90% then ejects the disc with an error message.
