You need to update the Bios. Check the manufacturers website to download and install the latest bios

I have seen this before.
So what is your system time your bios is displaying??
if the date is automaticly assigned to be after the year 3000 windows will lock up like this.

Go see if the date is correct an see if its boots.
In the event that the date resets itself try and update the Bios and try again.

  1. Hard power off 3 times
  2. Click the option Troubleshoot and then Advanced options.
  3. Go to “Advanced options” and click Start-up Settings.
  4. Under “Start-up Settings” click Restart.
  5. Various boot options are displayed. …
  6. Windows 10 starts in Safe Mode.

See if Safe Mode starts, If it does then the problem is with a driver, because Safe Mode runs without a lot of optional drivers.

If Safe Mode doesn’t work, then it is a piece of faulty hardware. You did not ID your motherboard, if your motherboard has VGA, then unplug your GPU and use the VGA and see.

Are you parts new ? Within return period?
