Hey everyone. My computer told me that I had a cumulative update through Windows Update so I went ahead with it and when my computer restarted it started running HP diagnostic tools. It went through all of them and then it prompted me to hit any key to restart so I did and then it started running diagnostic tools again which it is currently doing. I have no idea what went wrong with my computer and I would like some help with fixing it.
I tried to run the Windows startup repair tool but it did no good. Every time I am prompted to restart after the diagnostic test finish, it just does them again after restarting.
My computer worked okay for a little while and then it started having problems again. It gave me an error with a blue screen and I can’t remember exactly what it said but then it had to restart. Then it started doing something with Nvidia Boot Agent. It scanned or did something with that and then it gave me a message saying “Reboot and select proper boot device or insert media in selected boot device and press a key” so I pressed the key and it went to reboot and then I had to enter the boot menu and it started the Nvidia boot agent thing all over again. I have no idea what’s wrong with my computer but I would really appreciate some help with fixing it.
